Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP)
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) was launched by ASEAN in 2012, and has been eight years in the making by 15 members of the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), including China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
On November 15, 2020, the Leaders' Meeting of the Fourth Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) was held by video.
After the meeting, 10 ASEAN countries and 15 Asia-Pacific countries, including China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia and New Zealand, formally signed the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
The signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) marks the official launch of a free trade area with the largest population, the largest economic scale and the greatest development potential in the world.
On March 8, 2021, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao said at the "Ministers' Channel" of the second session of the NPC and CPPCC that the Chinese government has officially approved the agreement.
This has provided great convenience for our company to develop the Southeast Asian market. We actively participated in the ASEAN docking meeting in November 2020, and recorded our products in the investment manual.
