WuHan BBT Medical puts great emphasis on quality and constant modernization of its products. High quality and reliability of produced equipment as well as innovative functionality allows WuHan BBT Medical to compete effectively with the biggest manufacturers of similar products around the World. Our objective is to supply new technologies and high quality products allowing our clients to reduce hospital costs and to improve effectiveness of patients’ treatment. To guarantee the highest quality of its medical devices and compliance with law regulations, the Company has implemented ISO 13485 systems for designing and manufacturing medical devices. And the ultrasonic surgical systems meet international regulatory requirements and Directive 93/42 EEC on medical device (MDD).

 

  • 1996

    On December 24, 1996, a study on " minimally invasive interventional treatment of uterine diseases in gynecology"  was formulated.

  • 1997

    Completed RF efficient response to the pathological experiment of animal muscle tissue.

    Completed RF coagulation and endometrial ablation test for isolated uterine fibroids.


  • 1999

    Established Xi'an BBT company.

    Gynecological Multifunctional Therapeutic Apparatus" passed the inspection of Shaanxi Provincial Quality Supervision Department

    The two technologies of " Uterine Fibroids Treatment scalpel" and "Endometrial Resection Coagulation scalpel" have obtained patent certificates issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.


  • 2002

    The company headquarters moved to Wuhan and established Wuhan BBT Medical Tech. Develop. Co., Ltd.

    The two technologies of "Uterine Fibroids Surgical Instruments" and "Circular Self-curing scalpel" have obtained the national utility model patent certificate. 


  • 2003

    The Administration issues the third-class medical device registration certificate.

  • 2005

    B-ultrasound for self-curing scalpel technology was approved for marketing by the Medical Registration.

  • 2006

    Certificate issued by Hubei Food and Drug Administration.

    The four technologies of "Self- curing scalpel", "Multifunctional Speculum", "Uterine Positioner" and "Uterine Fibroids Removal scalpel" have obtained utility model patent certificates issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.


  • 2007

    Listed as a national biological engineering base by Hubei Donghu High-tech Development Zone & started to develop ultrasonic scalpel technology.

  • 2013

    Obtained the registration certificate issued by the State Food and Drug Administration.

  • 2014

    Promote and trial nation wide.

  • 2016

    Nearly 300 hospitals across the country have tried BBT ultrasonic scalpel for free and started to sell them on the market.

    Our ultrasonic scalpels have been sold all over the world: Europe, South Korea, India, South America, and other countries.

    Our annual export sales are increasing exponentially.
